Bag filters (de-dusting)
De-dusting bag filters are equipped with Pulse Jet cleaning systems. The conceptual design of the filters varies according to the type of application, process and implementation conditions to ensure that the de-dusting system functions properly, thus avoiding the need for excessive maintenance and lengthening the service life of the filter components. The success of our filters (high efficiency, low maintenance) is partly due to the importance that we attach top eripheral bag filter equipment (pipes, uptakes, regulating valves, etc.); without good engineering in all the de-dusting unit and peripherical equipment, the unit cannot function at optimum level and problems may occur.
Bag filters with hopper: dirty air comes in through the hopper. Internal diffusers produce the primary particle decantation, minimising the dust load that moves towards the bags.
Bag filters with extended hoppers: extended hoppers create a bag-free chamber at gas inlet. The gas enters through this chamber at slow velocity, and part of the dust decants straight to the hopper discharge elements.
Insertable bag filters: hopper-freedevices “inserted” right over the spot to be de-dusted. The material collected is immediately discharged in the process. The lack of ducts means that less installed power capacityis needed than for conventional de-dusting units. These filters are low energy consumption (very low DP) and need minimal maintenance as they have no dirty air ducts (no abrasion) or discharge elements (screw conveyors, rotary valves, etc).
Cylinder bag filters: suitable for working at high underpressure or overpressure levels.
Bag filters with cyclone inlet: cylinder filters with a cyclone inlet to create a high level of product decantation straight to hopper discharge elements. Their design incorporates cyclone separator technology in a bag filter.
